Footway Quarterly Challenge
Find your Potential
We succeed together
We work as a team with one clear goal: helping everyone succeed. Those who know something help others get there. When a person achieves what they once thought impossible, something important happens — confidence grows, and the courage to take on the next challenge increases.
Find your potential
At Footway we believe people can do much more than they — or others — have been led to think. To constantly challenge our own limits we have created the Footway Challenges. They are challenges many would call "impossible" — until they train, get support from others, and suddenly succeed.
Learning before performance.
The goal is not for experts to solve problems for others. Instead we build a culture where everyone has what it takes to solve problems themselves. We share knowledge and view mistakes as data, not failure. Knowledge has a shelf life — learning is the superpower.
Culture before strategy.
Footway is built on a simple idea: develop people further than they believe is possible. When individuals grow, the company grows. When more people dare to try, learn and fail — we become faster, braver and more flexible.
